The Swiss Olympic Disciplinary Board on doping
All athletes affiliated with Swiss sporting federations, as well as the staff members of their teams are, in the first instance, subject to the jurisdiction of a disciplinary body, created by Swiss Olympic, in respect of any infringement of doping regulations. The purpose of this paper is to outline, in a user-friendly manner, the jurisdiction and characteristics of this body as well as the rules governing the procedure in front of it and its jurisprudence since it was set up in 2002.
